The Glass Half Full project aims to equip 15 young people with the principles and practices of constructive journalism, offering an alternative to the dominant tabloid-driven media landscape. Through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, participants will develop skills to produce balanced, solution-oriented content that informs and engages the public.
As a key output of the project, eight television episodes will be produced in partnership with the Macedonian National Television (MRTV), amplifying youth perspectives and promoting a more responsible and forward-looking approach to media.
